We operate across North America and Europe. 3 to 48 was founded by Paul Doddrell who is a highly experienced financial services executive and Board member who has successfully operated at executive management level in the UK, Ireland, North America and Asia.

Paul was instrumental in launching Pepper Money in Ireland offering both residential and commercial mortgage. In addition he grew the loan servicing business in Ireland from €750m to €20bn across NPL and PL residential and commercial mortgages.


He is a qualified Charted Management Accountant and Six Sigma Master Black Belt


Paul is a member of the Institute of Directors in both Ireland and the UK. 


He has also held a number of approved positions both with the Central Bank of Ireland and the Financial Conduct Authority (UK).
